1 .Why do I need to register?
It's a standard procedure that you need to have a valid account to purchase products from BeautyFBI. Being a BeautyFBI member you will enjoy the member benefits and any special promotions where applicable.

2 .How do I register?
Simply click on "Sign-up now" and you will be directed to the Registration Page. Registration is completely Free of Charge. Email address provided must be valid in order to receive the activation email.

3 . I have not received my Activation Email, why?
The Activation email may be located under your Spam/Junk/Bulk mail folder.
  1. Login to your email account and delete all content in your Spam/Junk/Bulk mail folder.
  2. Then add cs@BeautyFBI.com into your address book.
  3. After that, visit BeautyFBI.com and click on "Activate My Account" on top of the page.
  4. The Activation email will be re-sent to your email account.

You are unable to make changes to your mailing address/contact number if you have undelivered order.

1 .How to shop online?

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Click on this icon to add desired products into your shopping cart. You can add multiple products before checkout.
  3. Click on "My Shopping Cart" on top of the page to checkout.
  4. Choose your preferred Delivery Method.
    For Singapore : Normal/Registered Mail.
    For Australia, US, UK, Brunei, Indonesia & Malaysia : Registered Mail only due to parcel safety reason.
  5. Choose your preferred Payment Method.
    For Singapore & Malaysia : Internet Funds Transfer, ATM Funds Transfer, ATM Deposit and Credit Card payment.
    If you're paying by ATM Deposit and there is a balance, we'll credit it back to your BeautyFBI account as Ezy$ and you can use it for your next purchase.
    For Australia, UK, US, Brunei & Indonesia : Credit Card payment only.
  6. Confirm your delivery address and receiver name.
    * No Cancellation is allowed.
  7. For Non-Credit Card Payment, proceed to make the payment.
    You have to update the payment details after you have transferred the payment.
    Click on "My Order" on top of the page > Click on the Sales ID to update.
    * Your order will only be processed upon receipt of payment.
  8. After you have received the order, you must Login to your account > My Order > Click on Sales ID to update Receive Date.

3 .Product availability
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected under "My Order" section.

You can choose to replace it with other products or we will credit the balance back to your account for your next purchase.

The delivery charge of Registered Mail is SGD2.24 (imposed by Singpost) regardless of weight.
The delivery charge of Express Mail is SGD9.15 regardless of weight.

For Malaysia customer, the delivery charge of Registered Mail is RM8 regardless of weight.

For Hong Kong customer, the delivery charge is SGD15 regardless of weight.
